Spiderfang bounded up to Scarstar. "Hey, are you doing anything tonight? I was wondering if..." He glanced at the ground for a sec, then gazed into her eyes. "You would like to go for a moonlit stroll with me?"

Spiderfang's whiskers twitched. "Um, I'm sorry if I'm making you uncomfortable. We don't have to... But I was thinking about walking along the river. It's so beautiful at night, reflecting the shining stars."

Spiderfang hurried after her, to catch up and pad by her side again. "I love greenleaf nights. The warm breeze smells delicious... literally! I smell a mouse."

She didnt miss and she came back with the mouse and smiled, and took a bite, then offered it to him, she cleared her throat while Spiderfang was eating and said "Spiderfang... I'm really glad that you joined Fireclan, you are a really amazing cat, I... I care about you alot."She said carfully.

Spiderfang quickly chewed and swallowed. He looked up, his eyes shining. "Really? I mean, you're amazing, too. All the cats respect you from all the Clans. You're smart, funny, friendly, kind... and, quite beautiful," he admitted, blushing. "I care about you too, but... didn't know how to say. Didn't know I COULD say it, after all, you're the Clan leader. I have no right to go padding after you," he sighed sadly.

(yays, i love posts like this, they are so cute and sweet.)
There was nothing left to say, but nothing was left unsaid. All the fear and anxiety Spiderfang had felt before was washed away with love. She loved him, she had told him. No fear of rejection now. His heart soared and he felt light on his paws, light as a feather. And he loved her... what more could they want? Together, they could do anything, they had it all...
Spiderfang purred, too, cherishing her warm touch and sweet scent, the sparkle in her eyes and the beautiful sound of her voice.
